If you love fruity, sweet, and tangy salads, you’ll love this amazing and easy to make fuji apple salad. This crisp, sweet, and tangy creation is the perfect balance of flavors. Just mix together some chopped apples, feta cheese, nuts, greens along with the best honey vinaigrette, and you will have made your new go-to salad. This is one of my favorite salads, and because I love it so much, I want to share it with you. However, I can’t really take the full credit for this recipe. For as long as I can remember, my mom has made this salad and taught me how to make it. So to me, this is hers with a me twist. I gave it my own little tweak and turned it into a recipe. Needless to say, it’s not just any other salad and I’m sure you’ll feel the same.

For the Dressing:

This fuji apple salad requires minimal effort. The most you have to do is chop an apple or two and make the dressing, which is super quick! Let’s break it down:
Grab the salad ingredients – Place them all in a bowl, except the apples.
Make the vinaigrette – place all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Done!
Chop the apples – always do this last so the apples don’t brown. However, here’s a trick for them not to brown, in case you want to chop ahead. Simply take about 1-2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette and toss the chopped apples in it. Although, it’s still best to chop right before serving, this is a nice trick because we know how life goes!
Add the apples in with the other salad ingredients, drizzle the honey vinaigrette, toss, and eat!
This Fuji Apple Salad is so simple, quick and super delicious. With its fresh ingredients, tangy dressing, and balance of sweet and salty, it’s the perfect salad. The right amount of fancy without being fussy. Make it for a quick lunch, a side dish, or an elegant dinner spread. Either way, this salad is bound to steal the show (coming from personal experience!).
So, what are you waiting for? Go grab those Fuji apples, start tossing and enjoy!
